Ideal for any kitchen or foodservice establishment, DeltaTrak’s versatile Kitchen Shears have a sharp micro serrated cutting edge and a comfortable grip. These all-purpose shears are perfect for a multitude of tasks and make prep time faster and easier. Aside from opening packages, they can cut meat, poultry, fish and vegetables without a knife and cutting board, quickly snip fresh herbs, cut twine and parchment paper. The blade features a built-in bottle cap opener and a serrated section in the handle removes caps and cracks nuts. This is an ideal tool for portable tasting stations and sampling carts where food needs to be cut into bite-sized portions.
These all-purpose Kitchen Shears are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, making them easy to wash and sanitize to prevent cross contamination and comply with good food safety practices. The handles feature a comfortable slip-resistant grip for both right and left handed use.
