The Digital Lollipop Min/Max Thermometer (model 11048) is a waterproof thermometer with an 8 inch sharp tip probe. With a temperature range of -58°F to 392°F (-50°C to 200°C), this thermometer is ideal for measuring liquids with very high temperatures such as oils. The thermometer features a min/max reading memory which continuously records the minimum and maximum temperatures unit the thermometer shuts off or resets. The Digital Lollipop Min/Max Model 11048 has RoHS and CE Mark certification and can be field calibrated.
