The ThermoTrace Infrared Thermometer, model 15041, is a compact, accurate and reliable infrared thermometer engineered for durability. Designed for use primarily in food service environments, this device is laser sighted with a large, back-lit display. Its 12:1 Field-of-View ratio, comfortable hand-held gun design and wide temperature range make it ideal for HACCP/food safety applications. The ThermoTrace Infrared Gun Thermometer’s measurement range is -76°F to 932°F (-60°C to 500°C). Model 15041 is the infrared thermometer for non-contact temperature monitoring.
